Life is made of cycles, old goes and new comes, this release is all about how cycles collide, from old teachers to young apprentices the knowledge and craftsmanship pass thru generations.

Rude Solo is a project made of both sides, a cooperation between a well established veteran and a young artist making his way onto the scene.

A4 (ES) is a newcomer to the scene but has managed to make some hype lately with his release on Axis Records Escape Velocity, curated by Jeff Mills. His first professional release was in our very label, something we are extremely proud of.

On the other side, Hd Substance, label co owner, well seasoned producer and dj.

They meet thru The Bass Valley, where Asier was coursing many of the disciplines through the years, from modular synthesis to mix and mastering, he has been training, putting lots of effort while maintaining a hard day job as truck mechanic. Hd Substance has been present during the whole A4’s development as an artist and now all makes sense with the Rude Solo Project.

For this first release of their Exercises collection they offer four cuts of proper techno, with the extra aid of Iro Ritman on remix duties.

Keep an eye on this combo, it will make some proper noise soon, we are extremely confident about this.
